After many years of wanting to learn how to fly gliders I finally signed up in October 2019. I've had 11 flights, my last two being solo. It is wonderful to be able to get the things you hoped for done one day - especially when you know your time here is going fast. Special thanks to Dave Reusch who has gone out of his way at times to be sure we fly when it stops raining in the Great North West (Has been continuous since December 14th). Also, thanks to Jay Greer who videoed the takeoff and landing with a still photo on downwind!! Its kind of long, but, its my record of a major life goal achieved:-)
