Last year, while reading up on AA587, I stumbled upon a download of the tollbooth videos that captured the flight's last moments, including the "streak". I'd seen these before, but what I didn't expect to find was a third CCTV camera video that captured the actual impact. This video doesn't seem to be mentioned in any reports or even uploaded elsewhere.

This video originated from a security camera placed on a building at the US Marine Corps Reserve Center next to Floyd Bennett Field, about half a mile east of the tollbooth. It is, as far as I know, the only publicly available footage of the impact of AA587 (it is mentioned that the "streak" tollbooth video shows rising smoke about 40 seconds after the streak occurs, but this portion of the video is unavailable)
