Taking apart the nVidia Titan V graphics card reveals its GPU and HBM2, which shows us the die size, the VRM design and layout, and the PCB. We also look at the Titan V cooler, which will help in determining thermal performance later. The nVidia Titan V is a high-end compute and scientific card for data-driven use cases, and so it is a bit different from the gaming audience. We can still learn from the architecture, though, and start determining what nVidia will do for Volta, Ampere, or future gaming architectures.
