The second largest collection of military uniforms in the UK has been put up for sale. The collection has around 10,000 costumes, mostly military, which have been hired out to the entertainment industry for decades. Now Lionel Digby, who owns a costume hire shop in Torquay, says it is time to sell the outfits on.
