On this day we traveled up the coast to the lesser known beach city called Rio das Ostras, This place is about a 2-3 hour bus ride from the city of Rio de Janeiro but it is worth the travel if you want a quiet getaway from the busy streets of Rio. We ended up doing a trail along the coast and explored many hidden beaches along the way.
