11 NOTORIOUS TOKOTA BOYS ACQUITTED BY THE HIGH COURT.

Lusaka high court judge Timothy Katankwa who was recently transferred from Kitwe to Lusaka has discharged 11 members of the notorious #Tokota boys after establishing that the complainant failed to identify them and tied to the alleged offense they were accused of unlawful wounding or poisoning and kidnapping or abducting.
Meanwhile, the court has placed 7 gang members among them three juveniles on probation after finding them guilty of the said offense.
In this case 19 youths from Kitwe known as #tokota boys were arrested in 2018 following a video that went viral where they were seen beating a 16 years old boy of Mulenga compound who they forced to eat his own #faeces.
