The Super Saiyan Blue to this game u need to do ritual first of Super Saiyan God (not in mobile cuz it rare so it works)
Then wait ur mastery of Super Saiyan God is 100%
Then go to Balanced World to do the cutscene ( ! ) remember do not reset stats in normal world ( ! ) cuz ur gonna redo the ritual of ssjg
Then in Balanced World, when u have ssb cutscene finished go to reset stats in ( ! )BALANCED WORLD (it won't let u return level 1 ) and u can do multiple times the cutscene.
