SOLDIERS

Azerbaijan has handed over one soldier to the Armenian side, the State Emergency Service of Artsakh reported.
His identity will be established after a forensic medical examination.
Meanwhile, the bodies of 1,379 soldiers and civilians have been found in searches in Nagorno-Karabakh since the establishment of the ceasefire.
By the way, the Artsakh Defense Army has shared a new list of fallen soldiers, publishing data on another 132 soldiers killed in the Nagorno-Karabakh war.
The Armenian side military death toll has reached 2,336.

Random gunshots have been fired into the air by the Azerbaijani side and heard adjacent to the Agarak village of Armenia's Syunik Province. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev noted that the trilateral statement on Nagorno-Karabakh signed on November 10, 2020 became “the recognition of Armenia’s capitulation” and allowed Azerbaijan “to retrieve the Lachin (Kashatagh) and Kalbajar (Karvachar) regions.
“During the negotiations, they never wanted to return the Lachin and Kalbajar regions to us. This was the main reason for lack of an agreement during the negotiations. Unfortunately, Armenia and its several foreign sponsors were aspiring for the return of five regions to Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan was satisfied with this, Nagorno-Karabakh would receive independence, and the Kalbajar and Lachin regions would stay under the control of Armenia forever, but I declined this offer,” he said.

The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev also announced that the joint statement signed on November 10 by Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan contains a special provision on the establishment of the Nakhichevan corridor.
Armenian MFA has refuted the reports.
According to MFA spokesperson Anna Naghdalyan, the statement of November 9 reads that “all economic transport links in the region shall be unblocked”, and Armenia pursues that very approach in regards with the issues of establishing regional stability, as well as the prospects of cooperation in the region.
"The above-mentioned article does not contain provisions on creating a corridor. Any road or communication route passing through the territory of Armenia will exclusively be under the sovereignty and jurisdiction of Armenia," she added.

The immediate neighborhood of civilians and the Azerbaijani military is unacceptable, the Armenian Ombudsman office told NEWS.am.
"In this process, it is also necessary to take as a basis a number of fundamental factors, including the need to guarantee the rights of border residents and open threats of war, the policy of Armenophobia, which is carried out at the state level towards Armenians," the office noted,
Meanwhile, Armenian human rights chief Arman Tatoyan appealed to the UN Human Rights Council as the Azerbaijani authorities delay the return of captured Armenians.
According to Tatoyan, the Azerbaijani authorities abuse legal procedures and politicize the issue of returning prisoners.
QUAKE

A 2.3 magnitude earthquake hit Armenia 17 km south of the capital Yerevan.
The intensity of the underground shock in the zone of the epicenter was 3 points.
The earthquake was felt with 2-3-point intensity in Yerevan.
This is already the third earthquake in 5 days.
The strongest quake hit Yerevan on Saturday, leaving 3 people injured.
COVID-19

Armenia has reported 136 COVID-19 new cases bringing the total number to 169,391, the health ministry reported.
Meanwhile, 4,101 people are now being treated and 161,348 people have already recovered.
The death toll has reached 3,150.
