Taking Cooking food back to basics.

Ingredients

2 large Chicken Breast Cubed
1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
pinch of salt

3 – 4 tbsp yoghurt
1 tbsp Tandoori masala powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 ½ tbsp curry powder of choice
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp kashmiri chili powder
1 tsp kasoori methi rubbed between fingers
½ tsp ginger powder
1 tsp chili powder
pinch of colour
colmans mint sauce

mint sauce
chopped cucumber 4 tbsp yoghurt
1 tbsp mint sauce
½ tbsp sugar
pinch of garam masala


air fryer 20 mins @ 190 C
