Dominic Cummings told a parliamentary inquiry the Prime Minister wrongly delayed lockdowns and ignored scientific advice dismissing the virus as "a scare story".
The former aide, who was forced out of Number 10 last year, accused Boris Johnson of being "unfit for the job".
