35 heads of state, 10, 000 delegates, 3, 000 police officers, 95 hotels and 15 roads closed off to the public, are some of the figures that are part and parcel of the 6th TICAD conference. With Kenya being the first country to host the conference in Africa, Gladys Gachanja was in Nairobi's Central Business District today to find out how that translated on the roads.
