Our weigh-filling system accurately measures the weight of the product as it's being dispensed. It ensures that the correct amount of product is filled into each container. This eliminates the need for temperature corrections and prevents product loss due to volumetric variations.
Our rotary capping carousel with 6 capping heads can manage efficiently both screw caps and push-on caps. For screw caps: torque range from 1 to 10 Nm. Torque control is done with magnetic hysteresis clutch solutions.
