Here we see one of the Aroma vessels harvesting greenlipped mussels from Aroma's own mussel farms in New Zealand's Marlborough Sounds. Here the mussels are packed and distributed to our processing plants within a few hours of leaving the sea. This enables our mussels to be as fresh as possible, retaining maximum nutrition throughout the process.
