October continued to be a really strong sales month here in Saskatoon.

That's the good news.

The sales are still happening. There's still lots going on and inventory is continuing to be a challenge. I know this is something that we've talked about um lots over the last couple of months. Nothing's changed yet. We're not seeing anything changing as far as the overall numbers of houses that are for sale.

In fact we are there was 803 units available on the market in October which is less than 2 months supply. Still really strong sales. Still really low inventory which of course means that we're continuing to see prices increase here in Saskatoon.
