You might have been wondering how our mineral water is made, and have noticed that the labels on our bottled water say that Buxton Water fell as rain 5000 years ago!
How can we know that, you ask? Water dating studies showed that the water fell as rain over the Peak District around 5000 years ago.
The water then took all this time to be slowly filtered downwards through a mile of Derbyshire limestone. By the time it’s naturally pumped up to the surface to be bottled, it’s crisp, pure and delicious.
