This original film was recorded in 1914 and it shows people engaged in various winter sports activities near Wetzlar. Wetzlar is a city in the state of Hesse, Germany. This footage was shot by Oskar Barnack, an inventor and German photographer. In the 1910s, he captured many events around Wetzlar with his self-constructed film camera.
