Hiii everyone, who knew I’d be back on this channel lol
I’ve put together some ways to avoid saying “I’m so bored” during quarantine, and I hope they help! I find these things effective in de stressing and detoxing (realizing what you need/don’t need, what you’re interested in, etc)
Come out of quarantine with a sense of organization and a clear mind:)
