The 2021 Population, Health and Environment (or PHE) initiative furthered the learning that was completed in 2020, which provided better clarity for the conservation sector on what a PHE approach is and the barriers to adoption of a PHE approach. In 2021, we tested our assumptions against five real-world PHE cases (from Madagascar, Uganda, Ethiopia, Ghana & Tanzania). In this webinar we will share our learnings, including important case similarities, distinctions, recommendations, and evidence that the integration of health and conservation action can lead to greater impacts.
