Start listening to this hypnobirthing meditation in your 3rd trimester as you prepare for meeting your baby. You may also want to write out and display the hypnobirthing affirmations that you hear in this meditation. This is essentially a guided meditation for pregnancy but you can also use this audio as an early labour meditation and a general meditation for labour if you want to as it can keep you calm and relaxed during childbirth.
