Keep in mind adding in more foods with these nutrients is another great way to ensure you’re gettin’ enough of the good stuff!
✅ Magnesium: avocado, banana, chia, dark chocolate
✅ Vitamin B12: pork, poultry, nutritional yeast
✅ Zinc: oysters, shrimp, red meat, pumpkin seeds
✅ Vitamin D: egg yolk and some mushrooms
✅ Phosphatidylserine: soybeans, egg yolk, liver
