Be good to get your thoughts on the min EPC increase to a C by 2025 thats proposed by the GOV. Its going to cost a fortune to get properties to this standard given most of mine are D but to get to C need wall insulation which im against doing as I think it does more harm than good to the building plus if no cavity it has to be external insulation then render which kills the look of the properties. Surely loads of landlords will sell up if its going to cost 5-10k per house to get it to a C!!
