Ingredients
Ash Gourd/White Pumpkin/Pooshanikai/Petha - 1 Medium Size
Curd/Thayir/Dahi – 2 cups
Turmeric Powder/Manjal Podi/Haldi - 1 tsp
Asafoetida/Perungayam/Hing - 1/2 tsp
Water - 2 Cups
For Grinding:
Raw Rice/Arisi/Chawal - 1 tbsp
Jeera Seeds/Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
Yello Split Peas/Thuvaram Paruppu/Tur Dal - 1 tbsp
Dhania Seeds/Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds/Vendhayam/Methi Seeds - 1 tsp
Freshly Grated Coconut - 1/4 Cup
Green Chillies – 2
Red Chillies – 2
Ginger - 2 inches peeled & Cut
For Seasoning:
Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds/Kadugu/Sarson - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves/Fresh Karivepilai/Karipatha - Few
