Located in an 18th century walk-up 5-story building, the studio apartment is found on the 2nd French floor (considered 3rd in U.S.). It spans approximately 23sqm (247.5sqft) and offers a neutral color scheme of brown, grey, and white. Hardwood floors, long French windows and wall art decorate the contemporary space. One corner provides a double bed (with fresh linens!), while on the other corner is a kitchen. In the center of the room, tenants will find a flat-screen cable television, armchair, and coffee table. The kitchen area offers a long countertop, plenty of cabinetry and a small breakfast bar with stools. There is a microwave, mini-fridge, and laundry washing machine. A desk with chair near the window accommodates comfortable workspace.
