UPDATE: The Arkansas Supreme Court recently struck Issues 4, 5 and 7 from the General Election ballot. However, many counties have already printed their ballots with the three issues listed. While you may still see Issues 4, 5 and 7 on your ballot, any votes cast for or against will not be counted. The court ruled that the ballot titles for Issue 4 and Issue 5 did not fully inform voters what was being asked of them and therefore they did not qualify to be the ballot. Issue 7 was struck as the court ruled the supporters did not gather enough qualified signatures. For more information, visit our website at www.uaex.edu/ballot.
