It's homebrew time again! This time we brewed a Kollsch recipe from the Homebrew Handbook at home using our Grainfather, and ingredients that we picked up from The Malt Miller. This beer is based on the German Kolsch style beer but as it was brewed outside of Cologne it is spelt Kollsch.
This recipe varied quite a lot compared to the last Kolsch style beer we brewed and even contained wheat!
