So, when are funds supposed to be made available? Well, the Funds Availability Act requires you to state generally, and you've got this posted in the area where you take deposits, like your lobby, when you, or what you're going to do regarding availability with deposits in most cases. And the options are that you're immediate, you're the same day or next day, and so that'll be posted in your lobby area somewhere. So, that's the first part of it. There are several additional disclosure requirements, like there are some requirements for deposit slips, anywhere deposits are accepted, and there are some exclusions as well. It doesn't need to be provided in the drive-up window, but it does need to be in your lobby, and so on and so forth. So, that's the first part. What you're going to do generally, in most cases, you don't always have to follow your general policy, though.
