I have been making this for my family for the last 2 holidays. A great Thanksgiving loaf. I will put links to my other Thanksgiving videos that way you can see how easy and fast this is for any holiday or gathering. No deed to cook and stuff a dead bird for your next family gathering. My kids always get seconds and as I said in the video this is delish the next day for lunch.

Bake at 375 for 30 min. I like mine with extra bbq sauce so I will baste it with more and bake for about another 10 min.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 T flax meal (ground up flax seed)
4 T warm water
1 onion chopped
2-3 garlic cloves
6-7 mushroom chopped
1 C diced carrots
1 C diced celery
5-6 C cooked lentils. I cook 2 cups of dried lentils
1-2 TBSP fresh parsley
3 T nutritional yeast
3 T tomato paste (not ketchup)
2 T tamari or soy sauce
2 T vegan Worchester sauce (optional) my version is VEGAN!!
1 t dried sage
2 t thanksgiving dried mix
1 1/2 organic rolled oats
