Lentil flatbread is so simple to make and only requires 3 ingredients – water, red lentils & salt.
Lentil flatbread is gluten-free, vegan, nut-free, budget and gout friendly. But you do need is a high-speed blender, as well as, a non-stick pan.
After refrigeration, toast at 425°F for 3-5 minutes
Flavour options:
1/ I used 1 tsp. each of - garlic, smoked chipotle & cumin
2/ 2 tsp. Italian seasoning and 1 tsp. garlic powder
3/ 1.5 tsp. curry and 1 tsp. garlic powder
4/ the list could be endless….
