Eastport Food Center is my current favorite food cart pod in Portland. It is well maintained and has the best variety of national food carts. The atmosphere is laid back and not judgey unlike some inner east side food cart pods these days. Like all food cart pods it has a rotating assortment of carts, some so so and some great. Today I tried the Cuban cart with a garlic shrimp dish with rice and beans. it was restaurant quality although I have noticed restaurant prices at food carts lately as well. Visiting Portland?
