Rulers have defense advantages against non-Berserker and non-Avenger class enemies, but their damage is neutral on any classes except Berserkers, Moon Cancers, and Avengers.
I really like Amakusa now in JP server because of his post Strengthening on all of his skills and activate first Buff Removal on his NP, despite of his NP damage is meh even in NP5, but his Phantom Thief costume is great on him hahaha.
A good support for any Crit-based teams, him and Astraea are really a great team alongside Himiko for Ruler team compositions.
Time to farm some SQs before the 1/2 AP of Free Quests ends, and Lostbelt 6 starts next week. And time to levelling up my 2 Fragment of 2030 CEs to max for stat boost.
