How to reach -

This beautiful village is located right beside southern part of Georgian bay and around 121 km away from Toronto airport. If you are travelling from another province then Toronto airport would be the closest one.
From Airport The best and cheapest way to reach there would be trough driving. We drove from Mississauga and it took around 2 hours. Once you reach, park the car in front of the village, it is free of cost.

What to do -

There are plenty of things to explore in blue mountain, it offers different activities throughout the year, in any session you can go, it won't upset you. Although It is well known for its winter skiing but if you want to skip the snow activities sill you can explore the wonderful village in free of cost, lots of stores for shopping and dining. Don't miss Rocky mountain chocolate, we just loved it, also the Beaver tails. We reached there by 2 pm and explored the tiny little village till 4 PM. Mean while if you feel cold go to mill pond gardens and warm you up. During evening this garden gets crowded and people wait in line, so secure your seat beside the fire little early.

While exploring the blue mountain I would suggest you to visit Scenic Cave , it was just 6 min drive from the village located on the other side of the hill. It has entry fee of $15 and offer multiple hiking trails to explore. Among that suspension bridge is the famous one. I would suggest to explore suspension bridge during fall to get the colorful view. We went there but most of the trails were going through maintenance so explored only one trail.
Then return back to village before dark to enjoy the mesmerizing Christmas lights. The Christmas lights were so beautiful, felt like we are living in dream, also didn't wanted to leave the village.

If you are planning to stay I would recommend you to check blue mountain inn by blue mountain resort, the price is relatively cheap.

After spending that Amazing evening we went for a dinner in Irish pub, located inside the village food was really good and then drove back to Mississauga at around 8.30 PM.
We have spent an awesome day in blue mountain village.
