Make your niyyah (intention) first for the sake of Allah, then to memorize and learn the Quran, and lastly to support the "An Arabic Quran" channel and share in the reward while contributing to building an educational platform to benefit more Muslims, InshaAllah.
In this video, we will Memorize Surah Al Waqiah together: We'll use a combination of MindMaps, linguistic and mental patterns and Tafsir to make it's memorization easier.
Surah Al Waqiah begins by describing the Day of Judgment, a day when no one will be able to deny its reality. It also talks about the state of the earth on that day—how the earth will be violently shaken, crumbling into dust, and mountains will be shattered and scattered like fine particles.
Then, the Surah describes the state of people on that day. They will be divided into three groups:
1. The foremost, those closest to Allah,
2. The people of the right, who will receive their record in their right hand,
3. The people of the left, who will receive their record in their left hand.
Each group will face different outcomes based on their deeds: rewards for the foremost and the people of the right, and punishment for the people of the left.
The foremost, those closest to Allah, will receive the highest rewards. They will be in gardens of bliss, surrounded by luxury and comfort. They will recline on couches, enjoy delicious fruits, and be served by young attendants. Their rewards are described as endless blessings, a special honor for their closeness to Allah.
The people of the right, while not as high in rank, as the foremost, will still receive great rewards. They will enjoy peaceful gardens, abundant fruits, and shade. Their happiness and comfort will reflect their good deeds in this world.
On the other hand, the people of the left will face severe punishment. They will be in intense heat, drinking boiling water, and suffering in the suffering of Hell. Their fate is a direct result of their rejection of faith and disobedience to Allah.
The Surah then shifts to questioning the disbelievers, urging them to reflect on the miracles of creation, such as how humans are created, how crops grow, and how rain falls. These signs are meant to remind them of Allah's power and the reality of the Day of Judgment.
Finally, the Surah concludes by affirming the truth of the Qur'an and the importance of being prepared for the Day when everyone will be judged for their actions.
