Smartphones are so deeply integrated into our lives that it is hard to come out of its ecosystem.
While we don’t have to give up our smartphones, we must have strategies to set limits and to follow them.
This recipe for a 1-day digital detox will help us reclaim what is truly ours if we commit to a weekly detox and schedule activities that fill our time without a screen.
