I have no words. This was the worst new construction foundation I've ever inspected. Top to bottom. In particular, this foundation was very concerning to say the least. Many of the pilings were missing their through bolts, nuts, and washers. To top it off, many had large voids around the base of the pilings that went down at the deepest 22". Thankfully this has not been brought to the attention of the buyers and they will be able to get it looked at before purchasing.
