- 150 gr silken tofu
Sweet Soy Sauce Glaze
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch/potato starch
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 80 ml water

- 150 gr tahu sutra
Saus Soy Sauce Manis
- 2 sdm gula pasir
- 1 sdm tepung maizena/pati kentang
- 1 sdm soy sauce/kecap asin Jepang
- 1 sdm mirin
- 80 ml air
