When we install a custom car audio sound system we will of course add a new power wire to connect the battery to our new amplifiers and other equipment. But the problem in many newer cars is the stock battery terminal may have a fusible link, or other electronic device installed directly on the stock terminal which means, we can't simply cut it and remove it.
