Ingredients:
Idlis – 08 to 10 ( Fresh Idlis or Left Over Idlis)
Oil – for deep frying
Black Salt
Method: To Prepare Crispy Fried Idli
• Cut the Idlis into 3-4 pieces.
• Cut all Idlis into 3-4 pieces each. We’ll now deep fry them.
• Heat Oil in a Pan. When the Oil is hot, drop the Idli pieces one by one in the hot Oil and deep fry
• First fry the Idlis on medium flame for 2 mins, till they turn golden brown, then flip on the other side and fry on high heat for 2 mins till they turn crispy.
• Remove the Idlis on paper towel.
• Our Idli Fry is ready . Serve them as Snack !!!
