Chinese President Xi Jinping has called on BRICS member countries to maintain peaceful development, and strengthen the bloc's strategic partnership while backing multilateralism. In his opening remarks at the BRICS summit's plenary session in Johannesburg on Wednesday, Xi said the bloc should act on the BRICS' spirit of openness, inclusiveness and win-win cooperation to bring more countries into the grouping. #BRICS2023
