I have been reporting about the new FAFSA application and all the problems associated with it. Most recently there have been glitches in the system and delays in getting the completed financial information sent over to colleges and universities that need it to determine a student's financial aid package. I spoke with the Dept. of Education last week about what YOU should do if you or someone you know is a student waiting for that aid package to come through.
