In this video I'm joined by the wonderful @thespiffingbrit of the Yogscast, who shares his expertise in how to exploit everyone's favourite international treaty, the Kyoto Protocol! We talk about why the Kyoto Protocol failed to address climate change, using the wrong tools to try and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. In particular this video looks at the practice of carbon emissions trading, a system that fell apart for a good reason - it was very easy to exploit.
