I'm often asked where I would recommend MTB riding. My dream destination is maybe not what you might expect...


Locations such as Whistler bikepark, the Alps and Swindon are often talked about as the Mountain Bikers dream destination. My personal favourite is actually Madeira island. A tiny microclimate off the coast of Morocco which happens to host some of the very best riding in the entire world.


Freeride Madeira invited Jacob Gibbins (photographer of Aspect media fame), Iven Ebener (@oeffes on insta), and myself out to sample what have become my favourite trails on the planet.
