1 tsp ghee
1/4 tsp kesar
5-6 almonds
5-6 pista flakes
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp Milk Powder + 1/4 Cup Cold Water
1/4 tsp elaichi powder
1/ 4 tsp Nutmet powder
Rava na Instant Dhokla :

Fine sooji / rava : 1 cup
Sour Curd : 1/2 cup
water : 1 cup
salt to taste
Green Chilli : 2
Ginger : 1 inch
Salt to taste
Oil : 1 tbsp
Eno : 1 tsp
Black paper : 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder : 1 tsp
Coriander
For Dhokala Chutney :
Coriander : 1 cup
Green Chilli : 2
Ginger :1 inch
Jeera : 1 tsp
sugar : 1 tbsp
Daliya ni dal : 1 tbsp
lemon juice : 1 tbsp
salt to taste
Rasavalu bataka nu Shaak :

1/2 tsp jeera
10 Curry patta
¼ tsp asafetida
2 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
3 cup water
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Amchur Powder
1 tbsp jaggery
1 tbsp dhana jeera powder
Coriander
Steam Rice :

1 cup rice
3 cup water
1/2 tsp Ghee
1 Tamal patra
2 Clove
2 Black papaer
1 Chakrafull
1/4 tsp salt (optional )
Gujarati Dal:

3 glass water
1 tomato
2 tbsp peanuts
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp jaggery
2 tbsp Turmind Pulp
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp oil
¼ tsp fenugreek seeds
1 dry red chilli
1 tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp jeera
¼ tsp asafetida
8-10 curry patta leaves
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
1 tbsp lemon juice
Chopped Coriander

½ tsp salt
1 tsp oil
½ cup water
Kobi marcha no Sambharo:
