When chasing the super result in Kettlebell SNATCH (250+reps)
Our main enemy is the time and the distance of travel.
It’s okay to shorten the swing but we can’t skip the Top Fixation: body should reach the vertical position: symmetrical weight distribution on both feet, arm next to ear.
Use a big mirror if possible to make sure you are reaching the proper Top Fixation alignment.
