Ingredients:
For Dough
1 cup whole wheat flour (Chapati ka atta)
2 tsp oil (canola oil or vegetable oil)
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup water (use as needed)
For Filling
1 cup mashed potatoes (boiled peeled and roughly mashed )
1 cup spinach finely chopped
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp mango powder (aamchoor)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/4 tsp garam masala
Also Need
1/4 cup whole wheat flour for rolling the paratha
2 Tbsp oil for cooking the paratha
