"We all are surrounded by perceived values. Values that are given by others and values which we assume. These perceived values act as limiting beliefs when we think that they are lower.
And those who feel that their value is higher than others live with a feeling of entitlement. This gives birth to the issue of Non-inclusion and racism. So my talk will be centred around this. Understanding this psychological value system helps in identifying a lot of behaviours around us.
We will see some live examples to feel the presence of these values and what harm they can cause.
We will explore these values to see how teams are formed and what kind of teams exist. According to me, there are 3 types.
One that has Trust
One of the misses on Trust
One that has an Identity
The Biggest Brands of the world constantly work on building an identity in their employees and associates
In the talk, we will expand on these 'Team Types' and understand how perceived values act as an active ingredient in building trust. This helps in creating inclusive teams that thrive.
Post this I will share the reason behind my mission of ""Making teams bond and individuals grow"" With my own story and struggles. How an incorrect perceived value cost me dearly.
In the end, the takeaway for everyone is the identification of these values and a moment of reflection on the question - What is your perceived value?" "We all are surrounded by perceived values. Values that are given by others and values which we assume. These perceived values act as limiting beliefs when we think that they are lower. What's your perceived value?
