In a big insult not just to the Kashmiri Pandits but to the country itself, senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh tweeted blaming former Jammu and Kashmir Governor Jagmohan Malhotra for initiating the mass exodus of Kashmiri Pandits from the Kashmir Valley.
