Riohacha - Uribia - Cabo de la Vela
La Guajira is the desert 🏜️ at the most northern point of Colombia (and 🌎 South America).
It’s inhabited by the indigenous people Wayuu, with their own language, culture, and rules. And it’s very much recommended not to transit through their land alone - team up and get a guide.
We start from Riohacha, meet our guide in Uribia, and head to Cabo de la Vela. We ride through 🌵 cacti, sand, rocks, pass by a couple of local 🛖 villages, pay a few 💵 tolls, cross a sketchy 🫣 bridge, and see pink flamingos🦩
