How to Create Anniversary Flow in Klaviyo | Customer Appreciation

In this video, I will be showing you how to create anniversary flows in Klaviyo, this could be for every year they have been a customer or number of orders they have completed. You can have several flows with different dates and categories, so this can automatically send out an email to the customer when they hit the milestone.

You can set the start date from when they sign up or when they place an order, then set when you want the emails to be sent out, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years and so on. Sending these emails is a great way to show your customers that they are appreciated and that you have taken note of how long they have been a customer.
