In this project, we developed a comprehensive Building Information Modeling (BIM) representation of the existing conditions of a residential private house. The site was meticulously scanned using the Z+F Imager scanner, with the data processed in Laser Control Software. The resulting BIM model was created in Autodesk Revit, featuring detailed rebar placements on the ceiling to accurately depict their density and precise locations.
