The Enforcement Directorate today issued a notice to Skylight Hospitality Ltd, a company owned by Congress president Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra, in connection with a land scam in Bikaner. The case has been filed under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
